After many months of design, development and testing, Revenue Coach is now live and ready for a new wave of customers. Huge thanks and big love to my incredibly hard-working co-founders Kiran Gill and Douglas Cole. It's been a hard slog but we've got something now that has real legs and the potential to help thousands of sales managers and reps charged with generating revenue for their companies.

Why did we build it? Because growing revenue sustainably is tough in todayโ€™s buyer-led and hyper-digital marketplaces.

Sales reps need new skills to stay competitive - and most expect learning and development to happen outside the classroom. Sales managers have the ability and experience to coach their teams - they just donโ€™t have enough time.

Alastair started his career in digital marketing, using technology to create award-winning campaigns and innovative products for world-leading brands including Google, Apple and Tesco. As a practice lead responsible for business development, he became aware that the performance of sales staff improved when they were coached more regularly.
